The VLUK Joe Gallagher Academy Delivery Campus specialises in sports industry qualifications, providing another view of multiple career pathways that are open to graduates from the Academy. VLUK employed staff deliver the BTEC Level 3 allowing learners to sample a wide ranging view of the industry. Please click the link below for further information around specific units:

WHY CHOOSE JGA?
In addition to our status as an official VLUK delivery campus, the Joe Gallagher Academy is also a recognised England Boxing DiSE centre for talented boxers. This means that learners will also receive coaching from England Boxing recognised coaches and have the opportunity to become part of the England Talent Pathway.
BTEC LEVEL 3
The Level 3 qualification represents the core provision offering the equivalent to 3 x A Levels and up to 168 UCAS points guaranteeing learners a clear path into University should they wish to do so.
BTEC LEVEL 3 YEAR 1
Studying seven units throughout the first academic year, learners are able to develop a wide range of skills that will help propel them into their desired pathway within sports.

BTEC LEVEL 3 YEAR 2
Year two will see two mandatory units delivered (bold) and VLUK selecting a further 4 units from 6 from the list below each year based on the makeup of each individual cohort:
